Recipe's preparation

  1. Place potatoes in TM bowl and cover with water. Cook for 10 mins/100/ Speed 2.

    Add Zucchini and Spinach Leaves to TM Bowl and cooked for 5 mins/100/Speed 2.

    Blend for 3 mins/ Speed 6 (add extra water to get the desired consistency)

Tip

Can be frozen for up to 6 weeks

 

Add extra water, breast milk or formula on defrosting as mixture thickens in freezer

  • After letting the zucchini

    After letting the zucchini and spinach cook, i tipped out all excess water (even though the recipe didn't say to) and after blending for 3 mins on speed 6, it was still so liquidy my baby will almost have to drink it! It definately shouldnt have been blended for that long at all and recipe should say to drain excess water.  If i hadn't it would have been horrible!
