  • 24 medjool dates, soaked for 1 hour, seed removed
  • 200 grams almond meal
  • 70 grams Shredded coconut
  • 140 grams solid coconut pIl
  • 70 grams cacao powder

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    BLISS BALLS
  1. Place dates in the bowl and blend for 10 secs/speed 5.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blitz for 1 minute/speed 5. Stopping occassionally to scrape down the sides.
  3. Your mixture may be wet so place it in the fridge until its firm enought to roll into balls.
  4. Roll the mix into small balls and coat with dessiccated coconut.

Tip

I roll out balls to 25g each.
Keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
