    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    BLISS BALLS
  1. Soak dates in water for about an hour to soften.
  2. Place pitted dates in the bowl and blend for 10 secs/speed 5.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and blitz for 1 minute/speed 5. Stopping occassionally to scrape down the sides.
  4. Your mixture may be wet so place it in the fridge until its firm enought to roll into balls.
  5. Roll the mix into balls (I make mine 25g each) and coat with dessicated coconut.
