Tip

You can add anything to this recipe. I often add spinach and 'hide' them in these balls for my fussy toddlers.

Very tasty - mine went a little flat too like pancakes, but maybe I need to mould them better and that is why?  I also did some in little muffin tins, which shaped them nicely.  Kids loved them tmrc_emoticons.)

Not sure if just me but too floury like scones gone wrong. They flattened out in oven like biscuits a little and were no longer balls.  Might experiment and add more egg less flour next time
