  • 100g Romano or Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 2 1/2 cups flour plain
  • 1 tsp salt

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

  1. Grate parmesan, cheddar and rosemary 10 secs sp 9. Set aside.

    Mill nuts 10 secs sp9. Add all other ingredients in order given including cheese mixture.

    Knead together 1.40 secs on Interval speed until it comes together (may need another 10-20 secs)

    Remove on to Thermomat and divide in two . Create logs with mixture and wrap in plastic wrap. chill overnight.

    Next day cut 1/4" slices and bake at 150C until light brown.
