If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Turn oven on to 220 degrees (200 if fan forced).
Put cheese and rosemary in bowl.
Grate/chop on for 10 sec/ sp 5.
Reserve approx 1/4 to sprinkle on top.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Combine for 20 sec/ sp 5.
Lightly kneed for 20 sec/ "Dough mode" .
Place mixture on thermomat or floured surface.
Cut into eight portions using scone cutter or just cutting into squares.
Sprinkle remining cheese/rosemary on top.
Bake in oven for 15-17 minutes.
Serve with butter. Delicious warm or cold.
