If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1.

Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius.

Place flour, baking powder, and salt in TM bowl. Sift 10 seconds, speed 6.

Add butter, cheese, cayenne pepper, and mustard, and mix 10 seconds, speed 6, until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.

Add milk and mix 6 seconds, speed 6, and then knead Dough mode 10 seconds.

Lightly dust an oven tray with flour. Press scone dough out onto this. Cut into 12 even-sized pieces. Leave a 2cm space between scones. Brush tops with extra milk and top with small amount of grated cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Yum.  I didn't have Cayenne pepper so just used a tablespoon of YIAH herb and garlic. They were a nice change from a normal scone.
