Recipe's preparation
Preheat fan forced oven 220C.
Place parsley,corn, bacon and cheese and onion into TM bowl and grate for 6 - 8 seconds on speed 8. Scrape down sides and grate for an additional 2 - 3 seconds on speed 8 to ensure all ingredients are like a lumpy mess. Add eggs and mix for 35 seconds on Reverse
+ speed 1. Use the spatula to assist in the incorporation of the ingredients. Roll out a sheet of puff pastry and cut into rounds to fit mini-quiche trays. Place a teaspoon of mixture into the pastry and cook in a pre heated oven for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

These were OK, I think the recipe needs too refined a bit. I grated the cheese first and put side, there was a lot of onion (I would halve next time). I also only chopped once then added the corn in with the cheese and eggs. I used 2 sheets puff pastry and cooked for 17 minutes.
