      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Turn oven onto 200 deg bake
  2. Cube cheese into 2/3cm pieces, place into bowl Closed lid 20 seconds, speed 9 Counter-clockwise operation
  3. Place cheese into bowl and put aside, don't clean bowl
  4. Weigh in flour, baking power and salt, Closed lid 5 seconds, speed 5 Counter-clockwise operation
  5. Add butter, 20 seconds, speed 5 Counter-clockwise operation
  6. Add milk and cheese, Closed lid 15 seconds, speed 3No counter-clockwise operation
  7. Knead Dough mode1 min
  8. Turn out onto floured surface or baking tray, press flat and cut into 12 pieces, put on oven tray and lightly brush with milk, bake for 12-15 mins or until golden brown
