  • 125 g Nuttlex (dairy free butter)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 260 g Gluten free plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp Gluten Free Baking Powder
  • 70-80 g Egg + chilled water

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat fan forced oven to 190 degrees Celcius

    2. Add flour, salt, baking powder and dairy free butter to the Closed lid. Mix 10 sec/Speed 6

    3. Add water and water mix to the Closed lid. Knead 30 sec/Dough mode

    4. Tip onto ThermoMat and knead into a ball. Wrap in cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.

    5. Remove dough from fridge and roll out to desired size between 2 sheets of baking paper.

    6. Blind Bake for 15 mins
