Lauren_julieann:made tonight and mine were wet inside too...kids still liked them but guessing they shouldn’t be like that! I thought the mixture was quite wet looking before I baked them. I made mine large but doubled the cooking time

  • Made these delicious little

    Submitted by Lauren_julieann on 24. April 2015 - 14:08.

Made these delicious little things today. Super easy and quick! Not sure what I did wrong but they are still wet inside. Maybe I added too much cheese? Has anyone else had this problem or is that how they are supposed to be?

OH Yum. Kids haven't tried it yet, but I'm sure they will think it's just as yummy as I do. I also agree with the preference to cold tastes better. Thank you so much for sharing. tmrc_emoticons.)

So nice. These were great. I did add a bit too much cheese which didn't bother me or the kids but hubby was a bit off by it but still were all eaten and will definitely be made again. Probably a double batch as they didn't go far in our house.

  • Is the pastry mixture

    Submitted by LittleMissMuffet on 28. June 2014 - 19:13.

Is the pastry mixture supposed to be quite wet before resting.  And is the mixture supposed to cool completely before mixing the rest of the ingredients because I cant see that 15 mins would be enough.  Also - can I freeze them? probably not? Thanks - in the middle of making and cant wait! • These were wonderful! I made

Submitted by Margarita Helen on 22. June 2014 - 14:28.

These were wonderful! I made them gluten free (1/3 potato starch, 1/3 tapioca starch, 1/3 rice flour, 1 tspn xanthum gum) plus egg free (3 teaspoons of 'no egg'). normally this sort of thing doesn't work for me that well when i use gf flour and no eggs (pre thermomix days!) but this worked brilliantly and I think this will be a family favourite. So more-ish!! Thanks for sharing! tmrc_emoticons.-)

Yummy recipe! Was a little on the salty side. Not sure if I added too much salt or not. Might omit that next time and maybe add some zucchini to it.
