      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1: preheat oven to 170c
    2: place 500 grams water into bowl and put on lid/ no MC
    3: set machine to speed 3 and slowly add psyllium husk until all klumps dissolved.
    4:Add salt and all remaining ingredients. Mix for 30 secs/ sp3
    5:leave in bowl for 10-15 mins to allow psyllium to start to gel.
    6:spread thinly onto thermomat or silicone mat. Lined baking sheets will work if you don't have silicone mat.
    7tmrc_emoticons.place in oven for 30 mins
    8: after 30 mins score crackers into cracker shapes with something sharp like a knife or pizza cutter. Personally I use a dough scraper and put back in the oven for a further 15-30 mins until crackers are crispy.
