      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Recipe's preparation

    Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
  1. weigh in 250g plain flour
  2. weigh in 25g sesame seeds
  3. add 1tsp salt
  4. add 1tsp dried instant yeast
  5. add fresh rosemary leaves
  6. add cracked pepper
  7. mix 5 sec speed 6
  8. add 120g warm water
  9. add 40g olive oil
  10. mix 5 sec speed 6
  11. Scrape down sides
  12. Dough mode for one and a half minutes
  13. turn out onto a silicon mat, shape into a log, wrap in the mat and rest for 30 mins
  14. break off a small portion and roll with the aid of a pasta roller from setting 1 through each count to setting 5
  15. repeat this process and lay each piece on a bake tray, sprinkle with salt, they can be close together as they do not spread.
  16. bake for 10 mins at 180 degrees, flip them over and give them one more minute to dry out the under side
  17. cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container. They keep for a long time.
