  • Tasty savoury muffins.  I was

Tasty savoury muffins.  I was also initially confused by the reference to fried Italian herbs in the ingredient list.  My batter was quite runny so I ended up adding quite another 100 grams of flour.  It all worked out in the end and we enjoyed the muffins for lunch with a tomato relish and Greek yoghurt.  Thank you for the recipe.

In the ingredints list it should be DRIED Italian herbs (not fried!)
