Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180ºC fan forced
- Cut out 24 circles 9cm in diameter using a cookie cutter or cut around 9cm diameter bowl with a knife.
- Line 2 x 12-hole muffin tin with puff pastry
- Place Parmesan cheese in mixing bowl and grate 15-20 sec/speed 10. Set aside
- Add cream, salt and eggs to the mixing bowl. Mix 20s/speed 5.
- Fill the pastry lined muffin tin with 1 tsp ham and/or spinach and 1tsp grated parmesan cheese.
- Fill each pastry with the egg & cream mixture up to just below the top of the pastry.
- Bake for 30 minutes until pastry is browned & filling is cooked, swapping the trays halfway.
- Cool in tin for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
