If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Pre-heat oven 180 degrees
Drizzle oil in 12 hole muffin tin and place in oven to heat up
Add all ingredients to TM and process spead 5 for 40 seconds
Take muffin tin out of oven and pour mixture straight in evenly
Leave for 20 mins - do not open oven door
NOTE: timings will vary depending on oven strength so check around 17 mins

Serve with roast meat and gravy.
Freezes well. Just re-heat for 5 mins in 180 degree oven
