Naturally sweetened cornbread
- 55 g Butter
- 200 g buttermilk
- 5 g honey
- 1 egg
- 150 g polenta
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- .25 tsp bicarb soda
Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 200° C. Line a 25 cm × 8 cm tin
Melt butter 2 min/60° C/speed 2
Add buttermilk, honey, and egg to mixing bowl. Combine 5 sec/speed 4
Add all other ingredients and mix 10 sec/speed 5
Pour into prepared tin and bake for 25 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.

Tip

This recipe is NOT sugar free. Honey is a high fructose food, which is a sugar. Maybe rename to 'refined sugar free' or similar?
