      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Preparation
  1. 1. Add butter and oil to mixing bowl. 7mins, heat 50, speed 1.

    2. Add worchestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, curry powder and cayenne pepper to butter mix. Combine 15sec, speed 2.

    3. Combine nutri grain and mixed nuts in an extra large baking dish. Pour over butter mix and stir to mix thoroughly.

    4. Bake in a slow oven 125, for approx 1hr, stiring every 15mins.

    5. Allow to cool and serve. Store in air tight container.

Tip

Add more Cayenne Pepper if you wish. I found this is just right so the Kids can enjoy too.

    I put a lot less nutrigrain and butter in, but generally the recipe is great! Can also add some salted pretzels to the mix.
