Recipe's preparation

  1. Add onion and garlic to bowl.

Blitz on speed 8 for a few seconds. Scrape down.

Add bacon and a drizzle of oil.

Sauté at 100 degrees for 2 mins, speed 2.

    Add remaining ingredients.

Mix on speed 4 until combined, approximately 15 seconds.

    Pour into pie maker.

It took about 5-6 minutes to cook each one. I left them in for 8 mins to brown up a little.

    Serve with salad

Great Quiches - I cooked for about 4minutes and then turn over. Our option was with ham and spinach. I also added 1/2 tablespoon of homemade chicken stock powder instead of salt and pepper.

These sound wonderful. I only have the family size pie maker. Do you know how long it would take to cook in the larger pie maker?

  • I'm impressed you can make

    Submitted by LizzyLoc on 16. November 2014 - 16:47.

I'm impressed you can make these in the pie maker. Quick and easy and tasted good. I added sun dried tomatoes, canned tuna boccocini because I didn't have bacon. I think you could add whatever you like. I also cooked double quantity and this worked as well.
