Potato Gratin ala @levi_nathania
- 500 grams potatoes
- 150 grams Bega Cheddar Cheese (Extra Tasty), dice 2-4cm
- 100 grams Easy Melt Cheese, dice 2-4cm
- 100 grams Mozzarella Cheese, dice 2-4cm
- 50 grams onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 20 grams unsalted butter
- 150 grams Smoked Streaky Bacon, dice 1cm
- 300 grams fresh milk
- 200 grams Cooking cream
- 4 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 stalk fresh thyme (leaves only)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Mushroom Bouillon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- seasoning (salt,pepper etc)
- sliced potatoes
- grated Bega Cheddar & Easy Melt Cheese
- 1 stalk fresh thyme (leaves only) for sprinkles

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Thickly slice 500 gr Potatoes using TM cutter accessories.
- Add 150 grams Bega cheese and 100 grams Easy Melt Cheese. Grate 5 sec / sp 5. Then set aside in a bowl.
- Add 100 grams Mozarella Cheese. Grate 5 sec / sp 5. Then set aside in a bowl.
- Close the mixing bowl lid and place a small bowl on top of it, then measure 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon mushroom bouillon, 1/8 teaspoon ground blackpepper, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. Then set the bowl aside
- Add 50 grams onion, 3 cloves garlic into the mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec / sp 7
- Add 20 grams unsalted butter, 150 grams streaky bacon. Sautee 3 min / 120 C / reverse / sp.1
- Add 300 grams Fresh milk, 200 grams cooking cream, 4 tablespoons corn starch, grated Bega Cheddar Cheese & Easy Melt Cheese, 1 stalk fresh thyme (leaves only), seasoning (salt, pepper etc.), and sliced potatoes. Cook without measuring cup 12 min / varoma / reverse / sp.spoon
- Heat oven to 180 C, pour and arrange them in casserole dish or aluminium foil trays. Sprinkle with grated mozarella cheese evenly. Bake until the mozarella on the top melts and become golden brown. Add 1 stalk fresh thyme (leaves only) for sprinkle.
