Ingredients
Cauliflower Rice
- 500 g cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 20 g olive oil
Butter Chicken
- 1 onion, cut into quarters
- 750 g chicken breast, diced
- 485 g Butter chicken simmer sauce
- 1 --- tomato paste, small tin
- 400 g canned tomatoes
- 270 g coconut cream, canned
- 20 g olive oil
- flaked almonds, sprinkle over completed dish

- 1. Place cauliflower into bowl and chop for 7 seconds on speed 5.
- 2. Add 20g olive oil and cook for 7 minutes on 100 deg
"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1. Remove from bowl and set aside while cooking the butter chicken.
- 1. Place onion and 20g oil in bowl. Chop 3 seconds speed 5. Scrape down the bowl with spatula and saute for 5 minutes 120 deg speed 2
"Counter-clockwise operation"
- 2. Add chicken, simmer sauce, tomato paste and tomatoes. Cook for 25 minutes 100 deg speed 0.5

- 3. Add coconut cream and cook for a further 7 minutes 100 deg speed 1
"Counter-clockwise operation"
- 4. Serve with a sprinkle of almonds and cauliflower rice on the side.
