Recipe's preparation
- 1. Chop onion and carrot and cook 3 mins.
2. Chop chicken into small cubes, add sauce, coconut cream and cook 10 minutes.
3. add coriander.
Mash
1. cook pumpkin and potatoes and mash with butter and ginger, salt and pepper.
2. Add grated cheese on top and cook 200c 15 minutes.
