Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

These are absolutely yummy! I thought I'd taste test one and ate 2, so I had to put them away or my little boy won't get any! So quick and easy to make and very adaptable to add/remove ingredients. They did turn out greener than the pic but that's ok.

Mine look nothing like the picture, they are bright green BUT it is St Patricks Day so i dont mind
I read the previous comment
I read the previous comment and added only half the recommended spinach/parsely. Also didn't include peas as I'm not a fan of peas. Added extra bacon and egg over the top at the end. Very yummy but still very green compared to the pic. I wonder if it would be good to add the frozen spinach at the end without blitzing it first? Anyhow I will be doing these again.
Thanks I didnt have ricotta
