  • 100 grams cheese, cut into cubes
  • 200 grams bacon cube
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 sprigs fresh parsley leaves
  • 100 grams Mushroom, sliced
  • 20 grams olive oil

  • 50 grams Milk, of choice
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 20 grams Baby Spinach Leaves, roughly chopped

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat over to 200 degrees celcius
  2. Line a 20cm x 20cm baking dish with baking paper and set aside
  3. add cubed cheese and parsley to bowl and grate 10 sec/ Sp 7. Set aside
  4. Add Garlic to bowl and chop 8 seconds/Sp 9
  5. Add Bacon and Onion to bowl and chop 4 seconds/Sp 4
  6. Add oil and mushrooms and cook 5 minutes/120 degrees celcuis/Counter-clockwise operation/Gentle stir setting
  7. add lightly beaten eggs, milk, mustard, salt, pepper and reserved cheese and parsley mix. Mix 10 seconds/Counter-clockwise operation/ sp 4
  8. Pour into prepared baking dish
  9. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked
  10. Serve warm or refrigerate and serve cold.
