Self-Crusting Quiche

  • 100 g Cheddar cheese, Cut into 2cm pieces
  • 1 onion, Cut into quarters
  • 3 rashers shortcut bacon, Roughly cut
  • 20 g Butter

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Set oven to 180 degrees and grease a quiche dish
    2. Add cheese to bowl and grate 5 seconds/speed 6 then set aside
    3. Add onion and bacon to bowl then chop 3 seconds/speed 5
    4. Add butter then sauté 5 minutes/120 degrees/speed 1
    5. Add all other ingredients including reserved cheese and mix 6 seconds/speed 4
    5. Pour into prepared quiche dish and top with sliced tomatoes if desired
    6. Bake 180 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown
