  • 80 g parmesan, Chopped into 3cm cubes
  • 120 g fresh spinach leaves
  • 500 g ricotta cheese
  • 1 sachets French Onion Soup
  • 20 g pine nuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 sheets Puff pastry

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line tray with baking paper
    2. Chop parmesan for 10 seconds, sp 9
    3. Add one egg plus all other ingredients to mixing bowl and chop for 15 seconds, sp 5. Use spatula to move ingredients then repeat process until combined.
    4. Divide mixture evenly between 3 sheets of puff pastry and roll. Cut each roll into 4 even pieces and place on lined baking tray.
    5. Whisk remaining egg and brush over rolls.
    6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden on top.

    These are delicious, I added about 100g of Feta....just because I had some in the fridge and it worked a treat. These are definitely going to be a regular in my house

    These turned out really well, they were full of flavour and very morish. Would make an impressive entree or to have as a light supper.
