Ingredients

  • 350 grams self-raising flour
  • 100 grams cheese, reserve 50 grams
  • 300 grams Can creamed corn
  • 1 --- carrot
  • 250 grams buttermilk

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180C or 350F.

  2. Place all ingredients into the TM bowl (except reserved ingredient) (season with salt and pepper if you wish) and combine 1 minute/speed 1.

  3. Spoon muffin mixture into a greased muffin tray.

  4. Evenly spoon remaining creamed corn & cheese on top of muffin mixture.

  5. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of muffin mixture.

Tip

Additional vegies can be added such as zuccinni, capsicum as well as adding bacon or ham.
