Zuchini slice/muffins
- 2 Zucchinis, Roughly chopped
- 1 onion, Peeled and quartered
- 5 Middle Bacon Rashers, roughly chopped
- 100 g Tasty cheese, cut into 3x3cm (ish) pieces
- 20 g olive oil
- 160 gram wholemeal self-raising flour
- 5 eggs
- to taste pepper, ground
- 1 pinches salt

Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees celsius.
Prepare a loaf tin and muffin tin.
Place zucchini in TM bowl, Chop Sp5/5 sec, Set aside.
Place cheese in TM bowl, Sp7/6sec, Set aside with zucchini.
Place bacon and onion in TM bowl, Chop Sp5/5sec.
Scrape down sides of bowl with spatular.
Place olive oil in TM bowl.
Saute reverse Sp1/100DegCel/4mins.
Add flour, reserved zuchini and cheese, eggs, salt and pepper to bacon and onion.
Mix reverse Sp4/10secs.
Scrape down sides of bowl with spatular.
Reverse Sp4/10secs.
Pour into loaf tin and use remainder to fill muffin holes.
Bake muffins in oven 18-20 mins or until golden and cooked through and loaf for 35 mins or until golden and cooked through (Size dependant)
