Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip
If using chocolate chips, omit step 1 and just add chips at step 4.
I make Apple purée immediately beforehand from the Basic Cookbook recipe using Granny Smith apples. You'll need approx. 1 Apple to get the needed amount of purée. I usually do a batch and freeze the extra.
Makes 24 mini-muffins or 12 large muffins.
Freezes well once cooled.
P.S. ABC stands for "Apple, Banana and Chocolate"
