Recipe's preparation
Place almonds, macadamias and coconut in "Closed lid" amd mill 5 Seconds/Speed 9
Add agave, coconut oil and coconut water and blend 5 seconds/speed 5.
Roll balls into 12-15 portions and coat in desiccated coconut.
Balls are approximately 120-150 calories each and are to be eaten as a "snack" between meals. Or even great lunchbox snacks for the kids!
I desiccate my own coconut in my TM from Organic Shredded coconut as desiccated coconut has anti-caking agents...
