- 125 grams Butter
- 100 grams raw sugar
- 100 grams brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 280 grams Self Raising Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 125 grams choc chips
Preheat Oven to 180 degrees and line baking tray with baking paper, set aside.
Add butter to bowl and soften, 37 degrees, 2 mins, speed 1
Add Raw Sugar and brown sugar and cream with butter, 30 seconds, speed 2
Add Egg, Flour and salt and mix for 15 seconds on speed 4
Add Choc Chips and mix 10 seconds, ,
Place small spoonfulls on tray and bake for 15 - 20 min or untill golden on 180 degrees
