- 2 apples, cored and quarted
- 160g raw sugar
- 200g bakers flour
- 1tsp Bicarb soda
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1tsp all spice
- 1 egg
- 125g Butter

Chop apples on speed 4 for 3 seconds. Add sugar and spices and mix on reverse on speed 4 for 5 seconds. Set aside.
Add egg and butter and beat on speed 4 for 20 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and mix on speed 4 for another 20 seconds.
Add reserved apple mixture and mix on reverse on speed 4 for 10 seconds.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
This is a dry sticking cake mix.
