  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 125 g oil
  • 240 g Milk
  • 150 grams rolled oats
  • 225 grams chopped apple, i keep pips just quarter and chop roughly
  • 85 grams raisins, or sultanas
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 28o grams plain flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, level!
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. pre heat oven to 200 deg 

    place all ingredients in order into TM bowl and combine 20 secs speed 3-4 til combined but not overworked.

    pour into prepared muffin tins lined with paper or silicone cups 

    cook 20-25 mins .

    remove and cool on rack

Tip

can use gluten free flour.

soy milk instead of cows milk 

olny use old fashioned rolled oats Quick oats wont work

    Tasted good. Followed the recipe and they were a bit dry and starting to burn so I shall make again at lower heat and shorter time. Thank you for the recipe.

    This recipe is amazing!! I didn't have enough apple so I added frozen blueberries and they were so delicious!! Definitely making these again tmrc_emoticons.)  (also used Almond milk instead of normal milk)
