Tip

You can use nuts if you wish or change the apricots for sultanas or other dried fruit.

Cutting whilst warm can be tricky and messy, but trust me it turns out ok!

Really good. Soft and gooey. Used more apricots and chopped on turbo a couple of times. Left in the TM and cooked with the butter, sugar, honey mixture. Used white choc chips and mixed in. Definitely 10/10 😀
