      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Oil muffin tray

  3. Place avocado in TM bowl and mix on speed 4 until softened and smooth

  4. Add sugar and vanilla bean paste. Mix on speed 3 increasing to speed 6 for 1 minute. Scrape down sides if necessary

  5. Add eggs one at a time on speed 4 for approximately 1 minute

  6. Add flour and milk and mix on speed 4 for 1 minute 30 seconds

  7. Pour into trays and cook for approx 25 minutes or until golden and cooked through
