  • 180 g Condense Milk
  • 125 g flour
  • 150 g Butter
  • 100 g coconut cream
  • 200 g banana
  • few drop yellow coloring

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    1. Mill raw sugar for 10 seconds on speed 9
    2. Add butter and chop it for 5 seconds on speed 8. Insert butterfly and mix butter and sugar for 5 minutes Counter-clockwise operationon speed 4.
    3. Set  1 min Counter-clockwise operation speed 3  and add the eggs one at a time and condense milk
    4. Remove butterfly add in flour mix on speed 4  for  10 seconds.
    5. Scrape down the mixture and mix again for  10 seconds on speed 4.
    6. Divide the batter into two portions 
    7. Without washing off the tm bowl put in banana set 30 sec on speed 7 
    8. Portion 1 add in mashed banana and a few drop of yellow coloring  Divide into two portion
    9. Portion 2 add in coconut cream Divide into two portion
    10. Greese 22cm (9") round tin put on veroma. Pour hot water into tm bowl.  
    11. Pour the first banana batter into tin set 10 min veroma on speed 3
    12. Repeat the 11 till all 4 layer done
    13. For the last layer set 20min veroma speed 3
    14. Allow to cool in the tin then cut when cool

Can omitted yellow coloring as you wish
