If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Lightly grease a muffin tray. You can make 24 Mini Muffins, 12 Regular Muffins or 6 Extra Large Muffins & Preheat your over to 180 degrees.
2. Add Butter to the mixing bowl and melt for 2 Minutes/60 degrees/slowest speed.
2. Add Sugar, Egg and Banana's and mix for 10 Seconds on Speed 4.
3. Add Flour, Baking Powder, Bi-Carb Soda and Chia Seeds and mix for 10 Seconds on Speed 4.
4. Pour batter into muffin tray about 2/3's full.
5. For Mini Muffins press 1 Blueberry into the top of each. If you are making regular muffins or larger add Blueberries after step 3 and mix for 10 Seconds on Speed 3.
6. Bake for 10-15 minutes (longer for larger muffins) and allow to cool before storing in an airtight container.
