      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl. Mix on Speed 6 for 20 seconds.
    Scrape mixture from bowl sides.
    Mix Speed 6 for 8 seconds.
    pour into oiled Bundt pan.
    Bake on 180 Degrees for 45 minutes.
    Check by using a skewer for doneness. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes.
    Carefully loosen sides of cake & turn out onto cake cooler.
    Ice with Lemon Icing or cheese cake frosting.
