Choc Icing (thermo diva)

  • 150 grams Butter
  • 250 grams icing sugar
  • 50 grams cocoa powder
  • 40 grams Milk

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add butter, mix 40 sec / speed 5 until creamy
  2. Add icing sugar, cocoa powder and milk. Mix 1min / speed 3
  3. Scrape down bowl. Add butterfly whisk. Whisk for 40sec / speed 3. Until light and fluffy
