Recipe's preparation
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees
Line the cup of an 8 cup muffin pan.
Place the eggs, oil, bananas, dates and honey into the bowl and blend speed 5/10 secs
add the coconut flour, salt and baking soda to the banana mix.
Blend speed 5/10 secs
Add the walnuts, reverse speed 5/5 secs
Place in the pre heated oven and bake for 20-25 mins..

I added 50 grams of castor sugar. 1cup of self raising flour and 1/2 cup of milk to these. End result lovely. I also left out the walnuts
