Banana Loaf Cafe Style

- 250 grams brown sugar
- 3 ripe bananas
- 300 grams Flour, Plain
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 150 grams Butter

Recipe's preparation
- Per heat oven to 180°C
Insert butterfly whisk
Break two eggs into the bowl
add the brown sugar whip for 3minutes speed 4
Remover butterfly whisk and scrape down the sides.
Add 2 bananas broken into pieces. Mix 20sec/speed 5
Scrape down the sides and add 300g Flour 1 tsp Baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon mix 10 secs/speed 4 scrape down sides blend 20 secs/speed 5
Add 150g melted butter mix 30 secs/speed 3.5, prolong if necessary until butter is combined. - Pour into a prepared loaf tin lined with baking paper and place a banana split in half on the top.
Cook for 45mins or until brown on top and a skewer comes out clean
