- 120 g bread flour
- 120 g plain flour
- 60 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 25 g Black Sesame Seeds
1. Mix all ingredients except Sesame Seeds for 10-15 sec, speed 5.
2. Roll out dough into a very thin sheet. Cut into triangles or diamond shapes
3. Bake at 180deg for 10-12 mins until golden brown.
