- 500 g blueberries, rinsed and dried
- 400 g wholemeal flour
- 90 g rolled oats
- 2 level tbsp baking powder
- 1 level tsp salt
- 1 level tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 level tsp ground nutmeg
- 12 g Stevia powder
- 4 portion egg
- 500 g natural yoghurt
- 1 level tbsp vanilla essence

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Place blueberries in TM with 100g of the wholemeal flour
3. Mix 10 seconds speed 3 "Counter-clockwise operation"
4. Remove blueberries and set aside
5. Put remaining flour, oats, baking powder, salt, cinamon, nutmeg in TM mix 15 seconds speed 4
6. Remove dry ingredients and set aside
7. Put eggs, stevia, yoghurt, vanilla in TM Mix 10 seconds speed 4
8. Add flour ingredients to wet ingredients in TM
9. Mix 15 seconds speed 4
10. Add blueberries to TM Mix 15 seconds speed 4 "Counter-clockwise operation"
11. Pour into mini loaf pans and put in oven 20 minutes
The loaves are done when the top is puffed and slightly golden brown, when a toothpick can come out clean.
12. Remove from overn and let stand in pan for 10 minutes to cool

Tip
Shredded coconut is a nice topper on the loaf, can be sprinkled on before putting in oven
These are a tad on the blan side if youre used to sweet things, can add 50g or so of honey to sweeten up
The loaf pans are currently at Kmart AU for $5 and work a treat
Can be stored in an airtight container for 7 days
or
Wrap tighly in cling wrap or snaplock and freeze
can be made dairy free with a dairy free yoghurt
