Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip
This recipe was taken and slightly changed from the Thermomix cookbook "Brazil, a country of many flavors - Vol.2" my littl tweak was adding the coconut desiccated.
Variation: If you wnat to go for a lighter recipe, substitute the butter fro coconut oil and add 2 tbsp of water into the mixture n step 3.
Tip: Make small balls/biscuit sizes like tbsp size. THe biscuits are meant to melt inot your mouth and if you have a small one it will go nicer and not break crumbles everywhere
This biscuits are perfect for an afternon tea/coffee. They will melt into your mouth. Adjust sugar if needed. Enjoy!
