Slice

  • 125 grams Butter
  • 68 grams self-raising flour
  • 68 grams plain flour
  • 85 grams dessicated coconut
  • 100 gram brown sugar
  • 35 grams cocoa powder

  • 3/4 to taste Jam, red works best eg strawberry
  • 1 tablespoons dessicated coconut

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Slice
  1. place butter in bowl, melt sp3, 60o
    weigh in remaining slice ingredients
    StirCounter-clockwise operation sp3 2 min
    Prees into slice tin and bake 180oC for 15 min
  2. topping
  3. place jam on slice and bake further 10 min
    sprinckle with additional coconut once baked
    allow to cool before cutting into bit size peices
