Chewy Cashew Balls

Ingredients

Chewy Cashew Balls

  • 120 grams raw cashews
  • 30 grams dessicated coconut
  • 70 grams sultanas or chopped dates
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Grind cashews for 5 seconds on speed 7 until they achieve a fine meal

  2. Add all remaining ingredients to bowl and mix for 20 seconds on speed 6 until the mixture comes together

  3. Roll teaspoon fulls of the mixture into a small ball

  4. These balls can be stored in an airtight container for up to a month (I challenge you to make them last for a week!)

    Omg I just made these so so yummy! Even my 2yr old loved them and asked for a second! Winner! I did add a Tsp of honey, chia seeds and a Tblsp of powdered Milk  and used all dates yum this will be a fav of mine! Thank you!
