      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. place in bowl, and process to desired consistency, (younger sister did not like the nuts and seeds so we processed them all smooth) and place in muffin pans and bake in preheated oven180o  till they are firm. They do need more moisture. maybe next time i would use three bananas or add some other liquid?? We ate them sliced with butter on them like a scone. we were aiming for banana bread, and that is what it was like. it would be ok as a loaf as well i presume.

This was a nanna and April  adventure. I grabbed ingredients while 6yr old scribed it all down. Usually i create and haven't got a record of what i have done. the result of these was ok.. please feel free to make changes and make it better if you would like to!!! it was fun doing it and so i thought I would share. I included the scribing in the photograph!!

Tip

have fun! be prepared to make "cup cakes" when you set out to make a loaf!!!! it is all about the fun and creativity and the no additives. this is the first time i have baked with my own stevia.. AND I LIKED IT!!!! YES, GREEN STEVIA IN BAKING IS GREAT!!
