For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180ºC. Line two baking trays with baking paper & set aside.
Place butter, sugar & vanilla into mixing bowl & mix 2 min/speed 3.
Add condensed milk, & mix 15 sec/speed 3.
Add flour & mix 40 sec/speed 4.
Add chocolate chips & mix "Counter-clockwise operation" 15sec/speed 2.
Roll into tablespoon size balls & place on baking trays, leaving spaces between each biscuit. Flatten slightly with a fork. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown,
