Choc Chip Biscuits

Ingredients

18 portion(s)

  • 120 grams Butter
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 40 grams condensed milk
  • 190 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 120 grams chocolate chips

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan forced).

    Cream butter, sugar and condensed milk in TM bowl 90 sec Speed 3. 

    Add flour and mix 15 sec Speed 3. 

    Add chocolate chips and mix another 10 sec Speed 3. 

    Place tablespoons on mixture rolled into balls on lined baking tray and press lightly with fork dipped in flour.

    Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on oven. 

    Cool on tray for 5 mins then on cooling rack until completely cooled. 

    Store in sealed container. Biscuits last well.

    Thanks for the feedback! The original, non-TM recipe used 125g butter and 2Tbs condensed milk. I adapted, but it might be worth trying 130g butter? Let me know how you go!
