Recipe's preparation

    Dough
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C fan forced
  2. Place butter, sugars and vanilla into TM bowl. Cream together for 1 min/speed 4.
    Add egg and mix for 30sec/speed 4
  3. Add flour and salt and knead on interval speed for 30sec
  4. Add choc chip and stir trough with spatula or Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting
  5. Form even balls (approx.24) and place on baking trays with enough room for cookies to spread during baking. (12 per tray)
    Bake for 10min

Tip

This dough can be made in advance and stored in fridge or freezer. Its easiest to form the balls before placing in fridge or freezer. That way you can take out as many as you need at a time. Great for school lunches!
