Choc Chip Peanut Butter Muffins

  • 170 g Smooth peanut butter
  • 30 g Butter
  • 160 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g Milk
  • 120 g plain flour
  • 120 g wholemeal plain flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 130 g choc chips

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

    Beat peanut butter, butter, brown sugar and vanilla sp5/30secs
    Add eggs and milk and mix sp4/10 secs
    Add rest of ingredients except choc chips and mix sp4/10secs
    Mix in choc chips 15secs Dough mode

    Divide mixture into prepared muffin tins and bake for 18-20 mins

Tip

Check muffins are cooked by inserting a wooden skewer. It should still be slightly sticky.
